Description

As DJ Skee’s influence at SRC grew, so did the title on his card. This later Steve Rifkind Company business card marks his transition from hustling behind the scenes to helping drive strategy as Marketing Director. The front features a spray-stenciled SRC logo and five-star design—part branding, part street-art aesthetic that matched the label’s edge. On the back, Skee’s updated role and email reflect his deeper imprint on the company’s rise, during a period when SRC helped launch and market acts like Akon and David Banner. A rare piece of label ephemera from the era when mixtapes, marketing, and music were all colliding—and Skee was right in the middle of it.
