Description

Printed script for Boss’n Up, the 2005 feature-length film co-written by Snoop Dogg and Pook Brown. The front cover reads “DOGG HOUSE” and is dated 03/26/02, indicating this version was developed three years prior to the film’s official release. The script contains 104 typewritten pages, bound with three brass fasteners.


Boss’n Up was loosely inspired by Snoop’s R&G (Rhythm & Gangsta) era and starred Snoop himself as Cordé Christopher, a rising figure in a flashy, fictional underworld. The story drew stylistically from the legendary The Mack, repackaged in a 2000s West Coast lens.


This document reflects early-stage creative development for the project, with formatting and dialogue aligned with industry-standard screenplay style. No annotations are visible in the current draft. Minor wear from age is present—light staining and surface aging to the cover—but no major damage.
