Description

Created as a large-scale collaborative mosaic, this artwork depicts Myles Garrett in a bold pixel-style LEGO portrait alongside “DPOY” lettering recognizing his AP NFL Defensive Player of the Year honor. The piece was built during the Cleveland Cavaliers game on February 24, 2026, where hundreds of fans assembled individual LEGO sections throughout the event before artist Dylan Sadiq finalized and compiled the completed mosaic.


Constructed from 6,144 individual LEGO pieces, the artwork combines fan participation with professional assembly to create a one-of-one display piece tied directly to a live Cleveland sports experience. The oversized format and layered color composition give the mosaic strong visual depth and presence, while the collaborative build process documents the collective involvement of Cavaliers fans celebrating one of Cleveland’s most recognizable athletes.


The reverse display card accompanying the artwork identifies the piece as a one-of-one original and details the collaborative process behind its creation.
